Skyy Custom Renovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a home renovation contractor serving Springfield, MO and the surrounding Ozarks, including Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Ozark, Willard, Rogersville, and Branson. This notice applies to this website and to the quote requests we receive through it.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a quote request, we ask for:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The project address (optional)
• Project type, budget range, and timeline
• Whatever you tell us in the project description
• Any photos you choose to attach to your request

If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the work discussed.

Our web host also records standard technical information such as IP addresses and request logs, which is normal for any website and is used to keep the site running securely.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

We use what you send us to:

• Respond to your request and prepare an estimate
• Schedule and carry out a consultation or project
• Keep records of quotes, agreements, and completed work
• Meet our legal, tax, insurance, and licensing obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

When you submit the quote form, you're asking us to get back to you — so you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email at the details you provided, about your request. Message and data rates may apply. This isn't a subscription to marketing: you can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us, and we will.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate, and only so they can perform work for us:

• Our web host, which serves this site and keeps server logs
• Resend, our email provider, which delivers your quote request to our inbox
• Subcontractors or trade partners, when a specific project requires it
• Our accountant, insurer, or legal counsel where necessary

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them for the purposes above — typically for the life of the project plus the period our tax, warranty, and insurance obligations require. If your request doesn't turn into a project, you can ask us to delete it sooner.

Quote requests are submitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a private business inbox. We limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reach out using the details below and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws.

This site is meant for adults arranging home renovation work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media profiles or review pages. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so review their notices before sharing information with them.

We may update this notice as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
